**Solutions Specialist**

**CROWN RESORTS | FULL-TIME MELBOURNE OR SYDNEY OR PERTH**

Reporting to the Group Manager Corporate Solutions, we are seeking two Solutions Specialists that will be part of a companywide technology uplift and provide support in the development of high-quality technology solutions that will enhance our business.

These roles require strong stakeholder and relationship building skills as you will be required to have a deep knowledge and understanding of business unit processes, operations, systems, and solutions across the Crown Resorts Group.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Deliver the products and solutions framework and IT strategy across the Crown Resorts Group
- Proactively identify system issues for customers and troubleshoot and resolve these issues.
- Delivery of high level and detailed solution models, solution development and the implementation of solutions across the Crown Resorts Group
- Collaborate and delivery of team projects and provide input and advice to management on these projects

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions OR PeopleSoft Finance systems within a large corporate organisation
- Proficiency with UKG Workforce Dimensions Time and Attendance module, Integration (Dell Boomi and WIM) experience preferred, OR PeopleSoft Finance, with exposure to Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQRs, Integration Broker.
- Experience in large scale transformation projects is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
- Proactive organisational skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating with diverse teams to deliver business outcomes
