A new opportunity has come available within our Place Karalee office providing exceptional sales and administration support to the Directors and their team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to immerse themselves in the field, and progress their career in Real Estate.

**Scope of the role**:

- Preparing legal documentation including Form 6’s and Contracts of sale;
- Preparing physical proposal packs, auction documentation and open home kits;
- Coordinating settlements, client bookings and meetings;
- Process and follow-up potential buyer enquiries;
- Assist to coordinate open homes and private inspections
- Co-ordinate and attend photography, arrange styling quotes, and attend valuations, building and pest inspections and pre-settlement inspections;
- Prospecting and prospecting administration;
- Prepare all marketing materials, and general administration as required.

**Requirements**:

- A Real Estate Sales Certificate;
- 1-2 years administrative experience within Real Estate highly advantageous;
- Outstanding customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Passion and desire to ensure the team succeed; and
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
