**About the role**
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Product Marketing Manager in delivering high-performance results and ensuring executional excellence. Your focus will be on contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the portfolio, delivering solutions for consumers and partners, and assisting in achieving portfolio P&L targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing a deep understanding of user behaviors, motivations, and frustrations within the portfolio category.
- Support the development of portfolio strategies and executional plans based on category, consumer, and channel insights.
- Aid in the development and execution of impactful channel activation strategies.
- Assist in overseeing portfolio life cycle management and creating captivating product stories based on insights.
- Collaborate with various business functions including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to support portfolio objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the portfolio roadmap and assist in ensuring alignment with project execution.
- Assist in monitoring portfolio performance trends and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Support the delivery of portfolio plans on time and on budget, driving ongoing improvements and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with exposure to B2B and B2C environments preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to develop compelling product stories.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding user needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer insights and financial data.
