**The Client**

Our client is a leading global provider of point-of-sale (POS) and back-office system software and services for some of the world's biggest hospitality brands, and they are on a hunt for a Marketing & Brand Manager to join their growing business based in their Head Office in Sydney Northern Beaches.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Manager, in this newly created role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be communicating our client's platform’s value and story to the market.

You will collaborate closely with their Product, Marketing and Sales teams to lead the way in defining and unlocking the value of their products to their staff, customers, shareholders, the media, partners and prospects.
- Present both internally and externally to promote products' stories
- Develop and implement promotional activities and product launches
- Collaborate on product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
- Plan and execute product launches
- Use market research data to support product pricing decisions
- Understand the competitive landscape
- Measure and optimise the buyer journey
- Understand and support Sales teams and communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Trello and Confluence
- Familiar with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Heap.io.
- Exceptional ROI tracking skills
- Must be solid writer and able to clearly articulate product value in different ways and to different audiences
- Ideally comfortable with public speaking
- Excellent people and management skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
