The Product Marketing Manager will drive the strategy, positioning, and promotion of products to ensure market success and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration within Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support business objectives


• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences


• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives


• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy


• Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities


• Create marketing collateral, presentations, and content to support sales enablement


• Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer engagement, and ROI


• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product improvements


• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to organizational standards across campaigns

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or related roles


• Strong understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle, and B2B/B2C markets


• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills


• Experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics tools


• Strong project management and organizational abilities


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to guide decisions
