New opportunity for a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator with a creative flare and experience in Property, Retail, Fashion or Food marketing to join a leading and forward thinking National Property Group that own a portfolio of Shopping Centres

You will have the opportunity to support a passionate Marketing Manager with a range of day to day marketing duties to support this leading Shopping Centre

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work in a team with a Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive offering support and development, along with key shopper, contractor, & community relationships
- Assist with development of marketing plans and budgets to drive traffic growth & turnover - The customer is at the heart of marketing decisions
- Work with retail tenants to collaborate on marketing plans
- Work on partnerships, sponsorships, community based marketing
- Event activations and installations
- Identify PR opportunities to offer delivery of brand aspiration & media awareness
- Assist with social media planning and digital strategy
- Curate social media content
- Collaborate with the team to put a customer engagement strategy in place for the shopping centre
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 1-2 + years' experience in a Marketing role (Open to internship experience)
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or similar **required**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required - this position is very much relationship based
- **Retail, Property, Fashion, Food or similar marketing experience highly regarded**:

- Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
- Team Player and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
