**As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will join our vibrant team and play a supportive role in managing and executing weddings, social, and private events. This opportunity is tailored for someone who is enthusiastic about learning the ropes of event management, from initial planning stages to the final execution of events. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork.**

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist in handling wedding and event inquiries, providing support in the planning and coordination of events.**
**- Participate in organizing menu tastings, booking accommodations, and liaising with suppliers under the guidance of our experienced staff.**
**- Support the team in ensuring prompt and efficient responses to sales enquiries and conducting site inspections with potential clients.**
**- Learn to analyze market trends and understand the essentials of maintaining competitiveness within the industry.**
**- Help maintain communication with clients and different departments to ensure the successful execution of events.**
**- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and engage in various marketing activities to promote Ultima Function Center.**
**- Demonstrate eagerness to learn new software and technologies relevant to event management and coordination.**
