**About The Role**
Kinetic ITs talent team work hard to support the business with bringing in top tier talent. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our early careers portfolio. This is a high volume role that requires running and managing our service desk roles within Kinetic IT. Furthermore, this role will manage our traineeship programme and cadetship recruitment.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Taking role briefings to assist with resourcing account needs
- Running our assessment centres and traineeship programmes
- Appropriate use of tools such as LinkedIn, Seek, other forums/channels
- Working closely with managers and providing regular updates
- Complete administrative tasks in line with company SLAs
- Support any in house or external events supporting the TA and early career’s function
- Assist with projects if required

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Proven track record working in a recruitment advisory role supporting early careers
- Any experience with Pageup would be highly regarded
- Experience presenting to a room of young starters would be highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management
- Precision organisation
- Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
