**About the role**:
We’re an internal talent acquisition team and we support our hiring managers as such; with close collaboration, business partnering and a thorough yet efficient recruitment process, so if you’re passionate about (or interested in) internal recruitment then this role is for you

At an individual level, you’ll support a small group of hiring managers who genuinely want to employ only the best and brightest and who equally want your input when it comes to making hiring decisions and understanding the market. At Railtrain you won’t be an order taker, you’ll be an advisor and partner

**About the offer**:
Here in our Perth Airport office you’ll be joining a team of 4, including you, reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager who is also local.

**About you**:
It all sounds great doesn’t it, so what do we expect of you?
- A proven track record of experience in Talent Acquisition, either internal or agency, in blue-collar fields
- Share our values of **Safety, Integrity, Innovation & Excellence**:

- A strong focus and interest in business partnering and collaboration
- The ability to source, engage and pipeline talent using digital tools such as SEEK and LinkedIn
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload
- A proactive communicator who can talk with anyone
