**Your**key responsibilities in this period will include**:
- Compile and Publish Content: Produce the monthly CAJ newsletter, The Advancer, and assist with other publications as needed.
- Digital Communication Management: Develop publicity materials, maintain the CAJ website, and manage social media channels in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Event Support: Work with the Engagement and Partnerships team to organise and deliver CAJ events.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to support the CAJ newsroom operations.
**You**may**be a great fit if**:
You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate of the University of Melbourne's Journalism program, with strong digital literacy, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**You**may**also**:
- Have completed or be nearing completion of a Journalism program at the University of Melbourne within the last 5 years.
- Possess strong literacy in social media and digital platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Excel at time management and multitasking to meet deadlines effectively.
