**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills. As the Centre Manager of Australia's first Collaborative Practice Centre, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational oversight to all activities. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Academic Leads to ensure successful implementation across various functions, including curriculum, partnerships, and research. This role offers the chance to lead, support, and mentor a team of professionals while contributing to the development and growth of an innovative centre within higher education.

Your responsibilities will include:

- In close consultation with the Centre Director and academic leads of the Collaborative Practice Centre, provide administrative leadership and resource management for the Centre
- Responsibility for the overall financial management of the Centre, preparing and analysing financial reports for the Centre and ensuring financial management, proposals and transactions comply with University financial policies and procedures
- Lead the operational/administrative management of Centre-related events, including webinars, seminars and other IPE professional development events for academic and clinical staff and students
- Responsibility for the recruitment, training, career development and performance of Centre’s professional staff

**Who We Are Looking For**

You will also have:

- A postgraduate degree, or equivalent qualifications and/or experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation
- Extensive experience in leading and managing staff teams supporting teaching and educational research.
- Demonstrated expertise in effective research, financial, human, and physical resource management, ensuring the overall financial viability of the Centre.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, adapt to shifting priorities, and embrace new ideas and challenges.
- Strong collaborative skills, including working with senior stakeholders within complex organizations to deliver timely, consistent, efficient, and secure outcomes.
