**YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE**

**Quality Consultant - Cryopreservation**
- Ongoing, Part-Time position
- 0.63 EFT or 48 hours per fortnight

The quality consultant within Cryopreservation is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across all quality activities within the Cryopreservation unit and other related departments within Ambulatory Cell Therapies (ACT).
- Qualification in Medical Science, Health Science or relevant discipline
- Recognised scientific training and competence relevant to the position including knowledge in cell therapy/cryopreservation, analytical methods
- Proficient with information systems (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, LIMS and Explorer/Netscape).
- Experience and expertise with the use of Quality Management systems (Such as Q-pulse or master control)
- Experience in document preparation, report writing, risk mitigation and non
- conformance management
- Proven experience in training and education of staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills
- Understanding and / or leadership experience to sustain departmental compliance in the delivery of safe patient services within a highly regulated environment
