**Mandatory Skills**:

- Bring your 8-10 years of valuable experience in driving transformational initiatives within the Telecom domain, specifically in service delivery and assurance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a robust Quality Management Framework for various functions, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
- Identify critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters and establish their linkage to SLAs/KPIs, enabling the team to focus on key deliverables.
- Take charge of leading transformational projects, gaining necessary approvals through compelling business justifications.
- Elevate the customer experience for both our clients and their end customers, going above and beyond expectations.
- Strategically prioritize projects and deliver a comprehensive roadmap for short-term and long-term transformation, considering complexity, benefits, investments, and time required to realize those benefits.
