**About the role**

Reporting directly to our General Manager - People Services, you will be the coach for our leaders within specifically our Children, Youth and Families and Housing areas. This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a change journey. We are eager to partner more strategically with the business and walk beside them as they implement a new operating model to change the way young people are supported in our communities.

The HR Business Partner offers coaching and technical leadership advice to continuously evolve and educate our leaders on best-practice people initiatives, setting them up for success with internal and external stakeholders. The role has a seat at the leadership table and is a trusted sounding-board.

This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation and the people that you support. Being able to provide a rapid response in complex situations while thinking innovatively to solve issues, is a must.
