**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Deliver timely advice and resolutions to HR enquiries and support tickets (yes, there’s some repetition — but your advice keeps things moving).
- Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and innovate our people processes.
- Be a trusted advisor who balances responsiveness with big-picture thinking.
- Collaborate across the People & Culture team — Talent, Systems, ER/IR, and L&D.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2-5 years’ experience as a HR Advisor (generalist HR background ideal).
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation.
- Confidence managing day-to-day HR queries alongside more complex advisory work.
- Curious mindset — spotting patterns, suggesting improvements, and bringing fresh ideas.
- Team spirit, resilience, and a drive to make a positive difference.
