HR Administration Assistant (Employment contracts & Compliance)

Fixed Term Full Time 3 month with possibility of extension

About the role

Are you an experienced HR Administrator? We are after you If you have an extensive knowledge with employment contract and compliance, looking for a new challenge and rewarding company then look no further

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate employment contracts for new and existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with personal history checks and working rights for all new staff.
  • Coordinate, review and advise on the end-to-end management of employment contracts.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Knowledge

Essential:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Essential: Minimum of three years' experience in a HR administrative role.

Desirable:

  • Experience in employment contract development, compliance processing, and eRecruitment systems.
  • Familiar with interpreting Enterprise Agreements.
