Your Impact:
The Remuneration Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of contemporary remuneration frameworks that support strategic workforce objectives and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
This role leads cyclical salary review processes, provides expert advice on remuneration matters, and prepares Board & Executive Group submissions and governance documentation to support executive decision-making.
The specialist delivers high-quality, evidence-based advice and recommendations that align with best practice and Churches of Christ values.
This role contributes as an integral member of the People Services group and supports activities aligned with the strategic direction of and consistent with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
What You will Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience providing remuneration framework and policy design, implementation, advice and salary review processes.
- Certified or expereince in interpreting salary benchmarking tools.
- Demonstrated experience in working with executive and senior leaders.
- High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and managing matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- Excellent computer skills related to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience in payroll systems namely Aurion.
- A can-do attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
