This role will form part of a tight-knit leadership team and be instrumental in managing the financial and commercial performance of one of their operating entities. Managing the end-to-end finance function for you’ll provide leadership, business partnering support and financial governance for the operating entity. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing insights and business partnering support, through the provision of management information and commercial analyses to drive outcomes
- Preparation and presentation of the Annual Budget, forecasts, variances and reforecasts
- Provision of insightful commentary on operating results as well as investment appraisal of new business opportunities
- Formulating and presenting business cases for major equipment and/or brownfield projects for presentation to the Group Executive Leadership Team
- Ensuring disciplined capital management of on-going capex requests and maintenance of fixed asset register
- Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and submission of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual financial and management accounts and other reports and analysis to the Hospital Execs and to the Corporate Office
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified.
- Strong technical accounting, governance and financial discipline expertise
- Extensive management reporting, analytical and modelling capability
- High attention to detail as well as organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and experienced people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Previous experience within the Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality or Property sectors would be highly advantageous as would exposure to a B2C environment. The ability to take on a broad role with additional administrative and operational responsibilities will be critical to succeeding in this rewarding role.
