Tip Top have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, whole of business, senior finance leader to join our team. The Head of Finance - Operations is a senior leadership role within the Finance function and a key strategic and operational business partner to the Operations Director ANZ and Operational leads across Australia.
Purpose of the Role
- Effectively lead and manage the Operations Finance team (Regional and National)
- Leading Operations planning activities including AOP and forecasts
- Partnering with the Operations management team and leading business performance analysis, ensuring effective support is provided at a National and State level
- Ensure effective evaluation and management of Capital Project funding
- Ensuring effective communication of performance results and risks and opportunities are provided to the business teams
- Provide the leadership, structure, resources to improve safety and engagement to best in class levels

About You
- Tertiary qualified in Finance, Business or related discipline with CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 5-10 years in a Senior Finance position in a highly complex organisation with a manufacturing industry background (FMCG highly regarded)
- Proven effectiveness in managing large projects involving change management and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
