**Make an impact at Serco**

As an **Injury Services Manager (Vic, SA, NZ)**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of workers’ compensation programs across these regions. Reporting to the National Injury Services Manager, you will lead a team of Injury Services Advisors, provide strategic guidance, and drive compliance with legislative requirements. Your expertise in claims and injury management will help optimise outcomes and support the recovery of injured colleagues.

As an **Injury Services Manager**, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Leading and managing workers’ compensation programs in Victoria, South Australia, and New Zealand
- Ensuring compliance with Workers Compensation legislation and driving best practices
- Coaching and mentoring Injury Services Advisors to deliver strong injury management support
- Engaging with insurers and agents to optimise claims outcomes and manage costs
- Supporting site leaders with injury management strategies to improve recovery at work
- Driving governance and assurance activities to enhance injury services performance

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation in Victoria and SA (NZ knowledge desirable)
- Proven experience in injury and/or claims management
- Leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive performance improvements
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nursing, or a related health science field (desirable)
- SA Return to Work Coordinator certification (Desirable)
- Valid Class C Drivers license
