**Injury Management Advisor**

Citywide are recruiting for an **Injury Management Advisor** for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave. You will be performing a vital role within the close-knit Injury Management team, supporting the business in the administration of injury management, assisting in the management of workplace injuries, workers compensation claims and assisting with Return-to-Work programs.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting in the management of all workplace injuries, compensation claims and return-to-work plans.
- Maintaining injury statistics.
- Liaising with agents to ensure effective management of claims.
- Attending claims reviews/conferences and treating practitioner reviews as required.
- Registering injury information on to QuickClaim and keeping files up to date.
- Processing all WorkCover invoices as required under state based WorkCover legislations.
- Liaising with medical clinics as required to resolve any WorkCover certificate and/or invoice issues.
- Liaising with injured workers as required to resolve WorkCover issues.
- Maintain data entry of medical expenses, CWEs, days lost and wage reimbursement into QuickClaim.
- Monthly credit card reconciliation.
- Ad Hoc duties as required.

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to coach, advise and support leaders to assist their team members through injury management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hight attention to detail.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
