**Injury Management Consultant**

- Opportunity to join our Injury Management team of the Royal Melbourne Hospital and promote a positive injury management culture at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. While experience in injury management / vocational rehabilitation is desirable, we encourage applicants with transferrable skills to apply. You will be supported with full training and coaching. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or tertiary qualified health professional looking for their next career step or a change in career.
- Support our staff in the early recovery from injury and early return to work
- Coach managers in implementing safe and durable return to work options
- Provide education to ensure contemporary models of injury management
- Embed a culture of early support and return to work opportunities
- Utilise your assessment and problem solving skills to reach positive outcomes

**Your skills and experience**

**Suitably experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Social Workers or related health background encouraged to apply.**
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health / Rehabilitation or related field
- Experience in in injury management / vocational rehabilitation is highly desirable
- Positive attitude and engaging manner to build confidence and trust in stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders**
