**About the role**:
As an Injury Management Business Partner, you will provide expert knowledge, advice and management of WorkCover claims for Uniting AgeWell, ensuring the effective management of all claims and return to work programs.
- Provide injury management advice and services for non-work related injuries and conditions
- In conjunction with the Health Safety and Wellbeing Director, to actively participate in claims and premiums reviews to achieve the most effective outcomes for Uniting AgeWell
- Provide regular reports on WorkCover claims status and incidents
- Respond to WorkSafe in realtion to Injury Management and Workers Compensation
- Support the integration of health and wellness programs throughout the Uniting AgeWell business

- Experience and expertise in the implementation of Workers compensation and injury management systems, practices, policies and procedures
- Experience and expertise in managing WorkCover claims, supporting injured workers back to work and relationship management
- Tertiary qualifications in safety injury management or allied health strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety and workers compensation legislation and regulations in both Victoria and Tasmania
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively throughout the organisation and to empower others
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
