**The Opportunity**
We're currently on the lookout for an energetic, organised and passionate people person to join the Orchard Special Ops team as an Office Coordinator, on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting role, giving you the opportunity to gain further experience across a large range of the business, from day-to-day office support to event management. As Office Coordinator, you'll be working alongside the Orchard People & Culture team to help drive the people experience function for one of Australia's leading digital agencies.
**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Coordinating internal staff events and monthly 'All Staff' meetings.
- Event planning for Orchard parties and social events
- Coordinating and working with the Orchard Social Better Team (SBT) with implementation of Orchard Corporate Social Reasonability (CSR) initiatives and events.
- Managing gift purchasing for staff and clients.
- Arranging catering for internal events and managing bookings.
- Assisting the Enero Group Facilities team with coordination of group events/initiatives.
- Main point of contact for travel bookings.
- Managing internal communications for office administration and updates and maintenance of intranet pages.
- Working with the Special Ops team to oversee the smooth running of the office environment including stationery, snacks, supplies and general office administration.
- Assisting with meeting set up for Orchard visitors and clients.
- Updating budget tracking alongside P&C.
- Managing company car usage and process.
- Fire Warden / First Aid Safety as required.
- Coordinating company merchandise for internal staff and clients.
- Working with the P&C team to assist with desk setups and induction scheduling for new starters.
- Assisting with maintenance of agency careers website page and coordinate content and social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).

- Excellent written and verbal communication
