An exciting new opportunity has become available for an **Ecommerce Marketplace and Content Coordinator** to join the sass & bide, Marcs & David Lawrence team in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.
This role would report to the Senior E-commerce Manager. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of our online store’s financial targets and brand positioning through the on time, on brand, accurate representation of content across marketplaces and own sites.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Upload & enrich new products in line with range launches
- Monitor stock deliveries and receipting to online channels to ensure products are enabled in a timely manner
- Organise copy from copywriter and ensure timely delivery for product launches
- Liaise with Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of campaign images for season launches
- Manage website content & imagery ensuring all are updated and displaying to brand guidelines
- Assist with merchandising the site in conjunction with promotions and intake lists
- Ensure all site content is up-to-date and accurate for product, pricing and promotions and SEO content in line with trade calendar
- Optimise search capabilities and enhance search conversion
- Analyse and report page performance to ecom managers with suggested improvements
- Create and submit promotional templates to action markdowns and promotions
- Liaise with Studio Coordinator to ensure product assets are available to spec for upload to concessions portals
- Liaise with 3rd party marketplaces owners ensure products are uploaded to portals ready to be enriched ahead of range launches
- Check promotions have correctly been applied and notify Ecommerce Managers and Marketplace owners of any errors
- Submit weekly merchandising updates to ensure new arrivals and best sellers are prioritised
- Liaise with Marketing to update the Brand banners seasonally
**Skills & Attributes**
- 1 + years experience in ecommerce with knowledge of ecommerce principles and processes
- Knowledge of Magento, PIM, HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus
- experience in retail marketing administration/coordination, preferably within the fashion industry
- working knowledge of Magento or similar e-commerce platform (desirable)
- working knowledge of Google Analytics
- high-level of attention to detail

- you have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships
- you are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues
