LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. **What does my team do?**

The content team is responsible for bringing the LSKD Content Strategy to life.

Using a variety of mediums, across a variety of channels, the team's ultimate goal is to authentically and organically connect with our community in such a way that encourages, motivates and inspires them to “be 1% Better Everyday”.

Responsible for generating video, photography and brand communication, the content team shapes our LSKD brand's narrative, engaging with our community, driving traffic to our stores and website, and ultimately contributing to our LSKD overall success. Content is a powerful tool for engaging with our brand muse and community.

**The gig**

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing LSKD’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase community engagement, and drive conversions. This role involves creating comprehensive strategies, compelling content, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and leading a small team of Social Media Specialists to deliver impactful results.

Including but not limited to:
**1. Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to align with LSKD's mission of inspiring the community to be 1% better every day, focusing on growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all platforms

**2. Content Creation & Management**
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life on social media, including product launches and events
- Oversee the curation, and scheduling of engaging and on-brand content, including text, images, and video

**3. Community Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our community fostering a positive online environment

**4. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI - generating regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations

**5. Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to meet specific goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or conversions

**6. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and manage a small team of Social Media Specialists/coordinators, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to foster professional development and creativity within the wider content team

**7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
- Stay in the know with the latest trends and algorithms and educate the greater team on platform updates and best practise
- Propose innovative approaches to enhance LSKD’s digital presence and audience engagement

**What will you embody?**
- Follow the LSKD operating principles including Marketing, and 1% Better
- Be the Hungry, Humble Smart; and lead the brand with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
- Expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with running and optimising paid social media campaigns
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
