**The Role**:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Marketing to drive Blinq’s global marketing strategy and team. This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, leveraging
AI, Martech, and data-driven techniques to scale our B2B and B2C growth.
You will be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel growth strategy that optimises acquisition, engagement, and retention while improving ROI. Your ability to integrate AI-powered automation, personalisation, and experimentation into our marketing efforts will be key to unlocking new growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for a technical marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands PLG dynamics, and is eager to innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing.
**What you will do**:
- ** Develop & execute a global marketing strategy** that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2C and B2B segments.
- ** Build and lead a high-performing team** across growth, performance, lifecycle, and brand marketing.
- ** Leverage AI and Martech** to enhance automation, personalisation, and predictive analytics for scalable growth.
- ** Experiment aggressively** with data-driven growth initiatives, optimising paid, organic, and product-led acquisition strategies.
- ** Own and optimise the full funnel**, collaborating with Product and Strategy teams to refine the user journey and increase conversion rates.
- ** Work closely with Engineering & Data teams** to develop ML-driven marketing solutions that enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- ** Own** marketing budgets & ROI**, ensuring spend is optimised for sustainable growth.
**What we look for in you**:
- ** 10+ years of marketing experience**, with a strong track record in
- **B2B and B2C SaaS**.
- Proven ability to **scale marketing efforts globally** in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Deep expertise in **growth marketing, AI-powered automation, and Martech stacks**.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging **ML/data-driven decision-making** for marketing optimisation.
- Skilled at **experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iteration** to drive marketing efficiency.
