The completion of reviews and claims assessment includes successfully managing customer and third party relationships in alignment with Customer Engagement strategies.

As a Claims Assessor - Claims Review, you will also provide support and coaching to Australian Retirement Trust staff on complex and contested claims, including objections to Trustee decisions and claims related complaints including those escalated to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.

You will deliver excellent service to Australian Retirement Trust customers and third parties in relation to declined and disputed claims, and will represent the Trustee in external dispute resolution and litigation related conciliation conferences as required. You must establish and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with all parties, and liaise with customers in a sensitive and appropriate manner.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
