**The Role**:
The Dean of Academic Programs is part of the Senior Leadership Team and will provide leadership of the academic life of the School, taking responsibility for the academic and vocational programs of all students, with shared responsibility for middle years and specific accountability for senior years of schooling.

The Dean of Academic Programs is responsible for providing leadership of the academic program and curriculum structures of the senior years of schooling and models exemplary professional standards at all times.

**About You**:
We are looking for a person who is an experienced educator and Middle Leader looking for the next step in their career and looking to make an impact in a girls’ school environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, is passionate about their contribution to the school community and is committed to supporting the School’s philosophy, polices, core values and Christian Ethos.

The Dean of Academic Programs will have the appropriate academic qualifications, with a Master’s Degree (or higher) highly regarded and hold current Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
