**Job Summary**:
The **Student Engagement Advisor**is a key member of the Risepoint Australia team, you will work as part of a team who work with students from around Australia needing guidance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study - ultimately improving people’s lives and helping them reach their full potential.

**How You will Make An Impact**:

- Reporting into the Student Engagement Manager, this integral position will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programs
- **_Cross Functional Relationships: _**
- Working closely with Marketing, Academic Services and Student Support teams to ensure continuous feedback loop in maintained
- Share any key insights with the broader teams for product development and industry connection opportunities
- **_Data Integrity & Admin: _**

**Job Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a customer service role or related field is required.
- Experience in sales support, or education-related fields (preferred, but is not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **_Education: _**An undergraduate degree in any discipline is required.
