**Property Manager**

We are looking to appoint a skilled and practical **Property Manager** to oversee the property and maintenance services across the College. This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day operational maintenance work with team leadership and coordination. We're seeking someone who enjoys being actively involved in the work while also guiding a small, supportive Property Team to ensure the College is well maintained, presented to a high standard, and compliant with all relevant requirements.

**Desirable Experience and Qualifications**:
Qualifications and/or training may include, but are not limited to:

- A trade qualification in building, electrical, plumbing, or a related field;
- Experience as a building manager, site supervisor, or foreman, particularly within large-scale building projects or facilities;
- Supervisory or management training undertaken through employment (e.g. as a building manager, supervisor, or foreman on major construction sites), or a formal qualification such as a degree in Property or Asset Management (desirable but not essential).
