**About the Role**:
As a **Property Officer / Assistant Property Manager**, you will play a key role in supporting our property managers in the day-to-day operations of the department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their career in property management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting property managers with routine and ingoing inspections
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople
- Preparing lease agreements and documentation
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Assisting with rent collection and arrears management
- Providing administrative support to the property management team

**About You**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** working in a busy real estate agency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A proactive and positive attitude
- A current **Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License**:

- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $56,022.06 - $65,000.00 per year
