We are an award winning, fast-growing, highly reputable and centrally located boutique agency in the Hills District, currently seeking a Property Officer to join our dynamic property management team.

This role will include but not limited to:

- Conducting periodic, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Manage a small portfolio of residential properties under the supervision of a Senior Property Manager
- Required to work Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant MUST have the following:

- Holder of Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Drivers license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, can-do attitude
- Immaculately presented
- Real Estate Industry experience is preferable

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
