Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Product Manager located in Docklands, VIC. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies, managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and translating them into product requirements. Additionally, the Principal Product Manager will monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Product Management, Product Development, and Product Strategy skills
  • Experience with market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or AI industry is preferred
