Our client specialises in consulting and field auditing, as well as training for tradespeople.

**Your new role**

The role of the Commercial Site Assessor is as the key representative to Commercial lighting customers, in correctly scoping their business sites, gathering measurements and evidence to allow accurate lighting designs and quotes. You will have a variety of duties and responsibilities, including, however not limited to;
- Carry out site assessments and accurately capturing the details of the lights within the customer premises.
- Correctly identify the appropriate classification of the areas based on the Building Code Classifications
- Engage with the customers on their upgrade and provide guidance as well as answer any questions they may have about the upgrade
- Provide clear and accurate reports on commercial sites
- Regularly communicate with customers on their lighting needs and act as a conduit between the business and customer on the upgrade
- Identify areas of improvement with procedures and practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy in site assessments.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this role, you must have prior experience as a Site Assessor, Inspector or Estimator. You will be an organised individual with high attention to detail and accuracy. You will ideally have worked in a customer facing role previously, and be able to deal with those at all levels effectively. You will be a team player who enjoys collaboration and bouncing ideas off other individuals.
