**About the Role**:
John Holland Infrastructure in South Australia & Victoria is an already well-established top tier contractor and is growing and developing to reflect the enormous State and Federal Government investment into Infrastructure and Construction throughout the Country.

As part of this continued growth John Holland are now looking to engage with established Commercial Managers and Senior Commercial Managers looking to join a top tier contractor where you will be encouraged to provide leadership, guidance and influence through the full life cycle of project within this large and diverse business unit.

This role will see you work on projects ranging from $250M - $1.5B dollar projects in an easy to reach location, you will work with a very experienced and supportive senior leadership team to lead the financial and commercial success of this project.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will see yourself as an established Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager looking to further their career in a key leadership role within a top tier contractor on major projects.
- You will have a clear drive to achieve quality commercial outcomes and have demonstrated success in a similar role, we are interested in your skill base and potential not the size of your past projects.
- You will provide commercial and contractual support on pre-contract and post-contract matters and issues to ensure financial success
- Supporting Project Directors and Project Commercial Managers, including providing advice to site teams about contractual issues and mentoring of Site Contracts Staff in regard to contractual issues and strategies
- Providing commercial guidance to the Infrastructure business unit on contract and risk management, including costings and programming strategies
- You will respond to commercial and contractual requirements as this secured project kicks off.
