Thirteen Commercial Cleaning (13CC) is an established, family-owned company specialising in end-of-construction cleaning across Adelaide's biggest commercial projects. We're seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our team and work under the guidance of a Team Leader on high-profile builder's cleans.

What you'll do

  • Carry out detailed cleaning on new-build construction sites, including dust removal, floor care, windows, fixtures and fittings
  • Follow instructions from your Team Leader to complete tasks to company and client standards
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers and pressure washers (training provided)
  • Work safely and efficiently while maintaining site cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist in final cleans to prepare projects for client handover

About you

  • Previous experience in construction/builder's cleans (advantageous but not essential)
  • Reliable, motivated and able to work well in a team
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and get the job done

Must-haves

  • Australian working rights
  • Current White Card
  • Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable transport & PPE (steel-cap boots, hi-vis etc.)
