Seal’em Solutions is Australia’s leading Joint Sealing (Caulking) company, with over 15 years of experience servicing thousands of top trades and builders nationwide.
**The Role**
As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
- Scheduling and booking jobs
- Maintaining accurate records and financial data
- Supporting sales and marketing activities
- General administrative tasks

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not essential
