**About Us**

We are committed to addressing housing issues and supporting vulnerable populations by offering affordable and sustainable housing solutions to individuals and families in need.

At CHL, our primary goal is to create safe, secure, and affordable housing options that empower individuals and families to thrive. - Keep projects on track by coordinating inputs across housing, property, legal, and asset teams to meet our obligations under GLM agreements.
- Be the glue between internal teams and external partners by supporting stakeholder engagement, managing communications, and representing the organisation in key project forums.
- Drive operational readiness by tracking handover milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring we’re prepared to mobilise services as new developments come online.
- Support governance and reporting by preparing high-quality documentation and contributing to continuous improvement in how we manage and deliver projects.
- Champion our mission by aligning your work with our strategic goals and values, helping us build a world without housing poverty.

**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of a mission-driven organisation tackling housing poverty through innovation and collaboration.
- Work on high-impact projects that blend commercial delivery with social outcomes.
- Enjoy a supportive team culture that values accountability, growth, and shared success.
