Earth Moving Equipment Trainer/Assessor - Joining a team of industry experienced operators training and assessing on machinery for the Civil and Mining Industries, As a trainer & assessor you will have to gain a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment:

- Excavator
- Skid Steer
- Front End Loader
- Roller
- Dozer
- Telehandler
- Articulated Haul Truck
- Water Cart
- Grader
- Plus more

Heavy Vehicle Trainer/Assessor - You will join a team of industry experienced professionals operating & training with a modern fleet of trucks, with both synchromesh/auto and road ranger gear boxes. To be considered for the role you will need to have a current MC licence and a clean driving history. You'll have gained your Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment and a minimum Certificate IV Transport and Logistics. Ideally you will have your current registration through Queensland transport as a driver trainer.

High Risk Work Lic. Trainer/Assessor - You will join a team of industry experienced professionals, training and assessing for the High Risk Work Industry. As an assessor you will have to gain a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment and also hold High Risk Work Lic. and WH&S Assessor Accreditation that you will be accredited to train and assess in some of the following but not all, our preference in the following order:

- Forklift
- EWP - HRW WP Boom over 11 mt & Scissor/Boom under 11 mt
- Order Picking

You must possess the necessary skills to engage trainees but also be able to make judgements and have a consistent approach to the delivery of your training. You will need to be energetic, dynamic, highly motivated, flexible and reliable with good communication.

As a trainer & assessor you must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) and the upgrade units of competency or **willing to undertake course to up skill in the future.**
