We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our busy Central Equipment & Stores team who will perform the role professionally and autonomously.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Receipt deliveries from transport companies, couriers, and suppliers.
- Operation of 2.5t to 5.0t Counterbalance Forklifts on site to unload steel and other heavy deliveries.
- Basic computer literacy for checking in / checking out equipment and assets from the Store.
- Proactive housekeeping duties of the Store and lay-down yards.
- Preparing equipment, materials or consumables for projects or shutdown activities.
- Assistance with electrical testing & tagging activities.
- Adhoc yard duties as required assisting our fabrication workshops.

**About you**:

- Current Driver’s License and High Risk (LF-Forklift License).
- Previous experience in warehouse or stores handling goods inwards and outwards desirable.
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts in steel or heavy items or goods desirable.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) or Warehouse Software desirable.
- Electrical Testing & Tagging qualification or capability to undertake training desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
