**Want to be part of the team?**

Seeking an Organizational Change Manager for a 12 month contract which has potential to extend to 36 months. Experience with Enterprise Voice and Agile Transformation is highly desirable for this growth opportunity.

**Your day at NTT**

You will initially assist with a Teams Enterprise Voice project, followed up by a Workforce Transformation project where our client's EUC area are adopting more practices to increase their level of Agility.

**Day to Day expectations of the consultant/Job description?**
- Working on communications and training on our client's Teams Enterprise Voice project
- Being a part of a large Agile transformation (communications)
- Work on a partner negotiation

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Developed knowledge of Teams or aptitude to learn at short notice and train colleagues
- Strong Business relationships skills (relevant to being stakeholder specific)
- A solid understanding of agile and an understanding of the use different types of technology for different tasks
- Experience of working on a partner negotiation
- Any experience with Agile Transformation is highly desirable
