As part of our growth, we now have exciting opportunities for Change Managers to join our team in both our Sydney and Melbourne Offices.
About the opportunity
ISPT are seeking experienced and passionate change manager professionals. As a Change Manager, you will lead all change activities across a portfolio of projects at various stages of the life cycle. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand and manage the end-to-end change for the projects you support.
In this role you will assist the development and implementation of organizational change strategies and plans as part of overall business transformation programs and initiatives, identify and manage stakeholder engagement, define, and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
