**About the role**:
In this role, you will manage a high-value outdoor portfolio and provide hands-on support to ensure exceptional service for our long-term, loyal clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with long-term, high-value clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Oversee a portfolio of outdoor projects, ensuring service delivery is top-notch and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide direct, hands-on support to our teams, ensuring all needs are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain an unwavering focus on delivering premium customer service, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Take a proactive approach in managing accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Foster lasting, meaningful relationships with clients, promoting long-term success and satisfaction.
- Lead and oversee a team of cleaning staff, including training and evaluating performance to ensure high-quality service.
- Address client issues, complaints, or service disruptions swiftly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3years of experience in a Client Service Manager role, preferably within the cleaning area on outdoor projects.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting outdoor portfolio.
- Strong, hands-on approach, with excellent attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrate ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience working with high-value, long-standing clients, managing their needs effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.
