Are you a current Dental Assistant that is looking for a bit more variety in an administrative role? Well then, this position would be the one for you to provide a change from the ‘chairside’.

The Client Services Officer will;
- Provide reception services to clients, staff and other service providers
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Coordinate client appointments, including making appointments, managing client arrivals, and rescheduling/cancelling appointments where required.

**To be successful, you will require;**
- Have the ability to travel across the service delivery area/s
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

**Ideally, it would be great if you possessed the following;**
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration OR a post-secondary qualification in a related discipline
- Experience working in a community health/dental industry background
- Knowledge of Titanium/Trakcare or other similar patient management programs
