Clayton, Australia Carers Network Australia Full time

**CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER - NDIS**

**FULL TIME**

**CLAYTON LOCATION**

We are inviting you to be part of something bigger. We want to invest in you and provide you with a career path that excites, challenges and motivates you to do what you do best - client care.

Carers Network cares for people who need a little and often a lot of support to live their best life. We like to think that focusing on our people - both staff and clients - and keeping their needs and best interests at the core of what we do, sets us apart from the rest.

As an Australian owned and operated company, our mission is to deliver excellence in personalised care solutions and services, so that all Australian families can live in the comfort of their own homes as independently as possible, for as long as possible.

A typical day would see you interacting with a diverse range of clients each with their own story to tell. For some of them, you may be the only person they see that day, and you might just find yourself on the end of a bit of a chin wag and a cup of tea Some clients are more challenging with complex care needs, forcing you to draw on all your knowledge, expertise and of course, your compassion. The common thread evident in each and every day is your provision of nursing care delivered with empathy, professionalism, kindness and dignity.

We strive to set the industry benchmark as the most sought-after individualised care service provider, and therefore we need endorsed enrolled nurses who share our values of commitment, integrity, accountability, and compassion. Embracing these values means you will feel at home at Colbrow. Be part of a dynamic team that endeavours to make a real difference to every client they engage with, helping them to live their best lives.
