
Advanced Workforce Officer

In this role, you will lead efforts to advance clinical education, research, and digital innovation to support the evolving needs of MHAOD services. You will also engage a range of internal and external stakeholders, including professional associations, educational institutions, and industrial bodies. Additionally, you will also be responsible for producing high-quality consultative documents and outcome reports, as well providing authoritative advice pertaining to allied health issues within MHAODS.
The successful personTo succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge of allied health clinical service delivery within Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drug Services (MHAODS). Additionally, you should have proven experience in offering leadership and guidance for complex clinical workforce initiatives across Queensland's MHAODS allied health workforce.
You will also bring a strong track record in managing complex projects and initiatives to successful outcomes, along with the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
