About the Role
Advanced knowledge and experience of contemporary evidence
Advanced knowledge of patient-centred, value-based and connecting care approaches in developing, implementing, and evaluating models of care/service delivery.
Plan, implement and evaluate sustainable allied health initiatives relating to workforce development and training, clinical education, governance, research and translation, inpatient and outpatient service delivery and patient flow at the direction of the Director of Allied Health and Rehabilitation,
Establish, maintain and enhance effective partnerships between stakeholders across the hospital, community and the primary health care sector, so that initiatives are effectively enabled and
