**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Advancement Operations Officer to join Advancement Office, Business Development Portfolio, Chancellery Division.
The position is responsible for ensuring Advancement revenue processing and reporting for international and domestic transactions adheres to internal and external policies and procedures. This includes Advancement campaign revenue management, gifts/donations processing, financial records management and reporting. In addition, this position provides service support for Advancement programs and initiatives.

You will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
- Demonstrated ability to accurately manage gifts and donations processing in finance management systems
- Ability to interpret complex financial requirements, accounting standards (international and domestic) and establish associated policies and procedures
- Proven ability to analyse and provide accurate datasets to support business initiatives.
- Demonstrated organisational skills to work within tight deadlines, balance competing priorities and work harmoniously in a small, busy team environment
