**Who are Atom Resources?**
Atom Resources are a national recruitment business, who have recently expanded their operations into WA.
Our employees have worked on many of the countries largest resource projects, working in FIFO roles themselves, and understand first hand the requirements of FIFO life.
Our WA business has a specific focus on SMP construction and maintenance projects and is already partnering with some of the states leading contractors.
We have one mission, and that is to deliver world class service to all those that we serve.
**Position - Recruitment Administrator**
We have been awarded a package of work commencing mid June, and will be mobilizing 50 tradespeople for this project.
Given the nature of the work, all employees will need to comply with strict onboarding requirements before they are able to mobilise.
Your role, is to ensure 100% compliance and mobilisation in line with schedule. This includes:
- Scheduling of weld testing
- Document collection and storage, as per approved naming convention
- Trade Certificate (if applicable)
- Driver’s License
- Passport / Birth Certificate (Proof of Working Rights)
- OHS card / Blue card
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Headshot
- Create personnel folders in client system
- Administer online inductions and ensure completion.
- Site Access Request preparation and submission
- Updating progress trackers
**Dollars, Hours and Requirements**
- $40 - $45 per hour
- 3 month contract
- 30-40 hours per week
- Strong administration experience, excellent communication and good sense of humour
